Educational philosophy and administration

Excelsior Artz Preparatory School uses an in-house, custom-made curriculum to maximize academic achievement while instilling Christian values. The school’s principal writes that EAPS provides “an environment that balances competition and nurture, and a program that requires the active support of parents.” According to the EAPS mission statement, that environment is put in place “in an effort to ensure long term results, EAPS will help its students to develop work ethics that naturally incur success, such as faith, diligence, time management, attentiveness, and honesty.” Parents can also sign up their children for after-school enrichments including dance, Karate, piano, chess and Spanish.
