The teachers at Alma Mater Lyceum Learning Connections Center work to promote a deep love of learning through hands-on experiences, engaging play, and meaningful conversations that promote a lifelong love of learning. Alma Mater Lyceum Learning Connections Center has met the qualifications to become a licensed childcare provider in the state of Florida. To earn this certification, staff and teachers must have routines in place to provide a safe and nurturing environment, offer developmentally-appropriate play, and support student learning. This center serves a smaller number of children than many larger schools and daycare settings, creating opportunities for teachers and staff to focus more attention on the individual needs of their students and families.
