About the school

At Rae of Sunshine, young children learn and grow in a safe, nurturing environment where teachers and staff offer opportunities that spark curiosity and wonder, encourage independence, and foster positive social interactions with peers. The teachers at Rae of Sunshine work to promote a deep love of learning through hands-on experiences, engaging play, and meaningful conversations that promote a lifelong love of learning. Educators at Rae of Sunshine work to create a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment with staff trained in health and safety procedures as well as early learning best practices. This smaller school environment—relative to much larger daycare and preschool centers—allows for many opportunities for teachers, parents, and children to regularly connect, get to know one another, and create a supportive school community that fosters the growth and development of their students.
